Prices
Costs for a reception are based on the number and type of food selections you make. The base price is $12.00 per person with a choice of five food sections, two of those selections being meat based. As you add food selections, the price goes up $1.00 per person per added selection. That price includes food, delivery, set up & clean up of the serving area, replenishing, clear plastic plates, flatware & punch cups, choice of a punch or lemonade, and tablecloths for the food tables. Tablecloths for the cake tables and any eating tables may be rented for a low price. Prices vary according to the size of the tablecloths.
Dinners are charged per person based on the menu chosen. A dinner menu would consist of an entrée, two side dishes, a salad, a dessert, a bread, and tea and/or coffee. Dinner prices range from $12.00 per person to $15.00 per person depending on the menu you choose. Included in that price is delivery of the food, clear acrylic plates, flatware, & cups, napkins, my services for replenishing, set up of the food area (which includes white skirting and tablecloths for the serving tables), and clean up of the food area. I also have tablecloths for rent for the eating tables if desired.
Once you have decided to use The Catering Company for your event, I will send you a contract with your menu and specifics about your event. The contract should be returned signed with a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Please call me if you have any questions or if there is something you want that is not on my list.
